I think there is something wrong with the new combined shipping discount system of eBay. They are giving the shipping discount on additional items bought from the same listing also which already have a discounted shipping rate. We have always been specifying shipping discounts to be given when a buyer buys from more than one listings. This is because generally in each listing the shipping charges for the first item are higher. So, to give a discount to the buyer we reduced the shipping charges of each such item. But, if a buyer buys more than one peices of a same item from a same listing, he should not be given a discount since we have already specified a discount for additional items within the listing itself.
