cheating by ebay seller.

I purchased item No.5186873140(HP Presario with free gift) from balajitraders for Rs.39650. He sent me only bare machine and failed to send additional items like 1)UPS, 256 MB DDR 3200 RAM, video capture card. Now he says that there is nothing pending from his side. I have preferred a dispute with ebay. The seller is still not responding to supply the items for which I have paid.
PLEASE HELP SOLVE GETTING VALUE FOR MY MONEY.

I have just seen the seller's listing, and i couldn't find anywhere listed UPS included in the package, nor did the listing says that there will be any vedio capture card.

The Ram is actually fitted inside your CPU, you can check the RAM of the PC for yourself by following the given steps... windows 2000, you'll see an icon on desktop name as my computer right click the icon now click on properties tab, a menu will open now >>> you'll see the configuration of your pc in the Third Paragraph name as --- SEE THE LAST LINE.

THIS LAST LINE SHOWS YOU THE RAM INSTALLED IN YOUR PC. IF YOU STILL FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THE SELLER
