hi i am new to ebay i have a very bad experience about this thing. buyers buy your item on ebay and ebay charges you a 250 rs charge and then those damn idiots dont reply nothing the transaction isn't completed and you get 250rs kick. I wanted to know whether any actions could be taken agains't them ? or any other solution letting you now to waste your time on ebay like this advice regarding this section would be appreciable
