i am bwing ignored i reacently bought

and the thing doesn't even turn on now i want my mony back prefrably becuse prices are already going down for it or just a replacment im not too botherd
but i have said this in a few emails i have sent to the power seller of this item and i feel they just have too little time for me but they are just not replying.
and i am afraid that if i do leave bad feedback then it will just stay as bad feedback and i still won't get any reply
the item has full waranty but i am just being annoyed
What Shall i do?
