I would like to join forces in legal action if you have. She cashed my check for $659 two months ago but the china I purchased never arrived. When I asked for proof that she sent it, she said she had insured it and would send me the forms. Despite repeated requests this has not happened. Since she lives in West Palm Beach and I live in New York City I can't file in small claims court. But I would be interested in pursuing legal remedies if anyone else has had a similar experience. Because I gave her the benefit of the doubt for too long, I can't even leave negative feedback for this seller.
Until now, I didn't realize how little protection I had buying on eBay.
