Dear Officer,
I ordered one mobile phone from your website (HTC Desire 820Gplus) but when I received the box and opened it, I found different product in this box.
Order was placed for : HTC Desire 820g Plus
Order received : Sony Xperia C4
Even there was no bill attached with the product.
I have totally lost the trust on ebay. I am attaching the claim ID snap for the same.
I request you to depute someone to collect back the phone (Tomorrow any time i.e. 4 May 2016) and return the money.
Also please confirm that how the money will be returned (through bank transfer or in cash while collecting the phone).
