Which courier service is reasonable for shipping in the range 40-80 rs ?

I am a new seller , not yet eligible for power shipping.How can I send my items in the above mentioned range ?All courier services are asking rs 200 to 350 for 300 gms parcel,Please help me out.Thanks in advance.
