Whether people would like to buy if items belong to remote place?

I am from Guwahati, some 1800 kms away from the capital. If i list items from this place, whether it will be sold? many buyers prefer a good supplier, ofen from big cities. Should I go ahead and list items? How to know the number of other players on ebay from my city?

buyers are here to look for products at the best possible prices, why should they care if the best supplier

is from a metro city or a foothill village? buyers would look at the price and shipping charge, and the seller's

feedback profile--not at where the seller is from(except in some rare cases). so go ahead and start growing.

you can sell anythng from anywhere,

it all depends what your are selling and at compatiable price.

i live in far from the city, i say my place is a village. but i became top rated seller selling from here.

It all depend what you are selling . research first what are the products that are selling good. research with some good wholesellers. research where to get the products.

it takes time, but sure, you will shine.
