what exactly is a Unpaid Item strike, what does this strike do to my account? Will I be suspended, removed? or will my action be limited on ebay?

Unpaid Item Strike - UPI Strike
- A very unfortunate fact to both buyer and a seller
- Buyers account may be restricted, suspended, or removed
- Genuine Seller lost his/her efforts and enthru
- This is last option to a seller to reverse his/her sales fees with a broken heart.
