I paid on 3/5/06 for a 2GB SDcard (#7615598097)through paisa pay (id: 16833151264). Did not get the item on 11/5/06. The seller is not currently registered to EBay and is not answering mail currently (though promptly answered everytime before payment). I know time not up, still increases my concern.
Can anyone help?

You can contact the eBay Customer Care support and let them know about this issue.
You can even try to contact the seller about it.

Hi suddhadutta,
If a buyer does not get his product, or the product is significantly not as described, the best option for the buyer is to open a Item Not received dispute agasint the seller.
[My eBay >>> Dispute Console (left side bar)>>> open a dispute]
If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, the buyer needs to close the dispute and escalate the calim for Buyer Protection claim.
I hope this information will be helpful to you and you will be able to recover your money/product. Do keep us updated on your experience.
Warm Regards,
Sapana

Hi,
As Sapna said, you can file a dispute Item Not Recieved and get the refund if the seller doesn't respond.
The best way is contact your seller by phone.
Do post the seller user id so that other will also be cautioned about the particular seller.
Also most sellers take 7-15 days to deliver the product and I hope your transaction with the seller will go smooth. ---------------
With Regards,
Navaneeth (snrama) 😉
