What is ebay gurrante???just cheating&fraud!!.. i ordered a used phone which was damaged internally i raised a claim and it was passed and they said i will get demand draft in 10-15days but not received yet. Does this type of services provide ebay? I contacted customer care but they are also lieing,not providing the extact details, tracking details are invalid...etc!why ebay is wasting our time just tell the truth that ebay will not refund and ebay will not take gurrante! I WASTED 4WEEKS FOR ALL THIS **bleep**.
