Payment successful but wasn't redirected to ebay.in

While buying a USB WiFi Adapteer from ebay, I used SBI net banking option for payment but after payment I wasn't redirected to ebay.in and lost my money. How to get the refund? I don't want to but that product anymore.

While buying a ram from here.i used visa debit card.payment failed 2 times.but cash debited from acc 2 times.and i lost my money.how can i refund it
