PaisaPay transaction - help required

Hi

Am a new user of ebay . yesterday i purchased a saree and paid for that using credit card thru paisapay.. the status is Payment Under Processing. i hav also received the paisapay ID. but the purchase status has not changed to Paid by PaisaPay till now.. I bought another stuff from the same seller and that got cleared sooner i clicked pay now option .

The problematic transaction is worth Rs 1,046. Does it hav anything to do with the amount ? Or is it normal that it takes more than 2 days for the transactions to be approved ??

Hi,

Normally all the transactions below 2000/- are ok instantly. There should not be any delay if you have multiple individual transactions with the total being more than 2000/- until your transactions are within the credit limit. Only for individual transactions of more than 2000/- thru Paisapay, the ebay staffs generally phone for a verification. So there should not be any delay in this transaction which is far below the verification limit.

Sometimes due to the link problems and other technical complicacies, we face problem for online payment. I think you should better contact your seller and describe him about the problem. Hope it will be ok by today or tomorrow, as you have already received the Paisapay ID. If not, its best to contact ebay for the actions to be initiated rather than trying to pay again.

As Swarup told, there should not be any problem for payments by credit card below Rs.2000/-.

Contact your seller regarding this and you can contact the Paisapay Team for more information.

Yours is not a high value transaction so it should have cleared immidiately.

Low value transactions below Rs.2,000 paid through Paisapay via Credit Card get paid immidiately.

But sometimes Paisapay transactions via Bank transfer takes a couple of days.

These days ebay is taking extra precautions and you never know even a Rs.100 worth of transaction may get a bit delayed.
