New to this and worried

Hi i am john here ,

I purchased a mobile yesterday and paid through card also. Money has been deducted from my account . Before buying there was a great response from the dealer . but now there is no communication . I am little worried about it , e bay is showing payment is pending for paise pay , but money has been already deducted . I don’t understand anything . could someone can help me out??

Hello John,

You haven't mentioned the Item number you bought.

Just don't worry ... thats because you have paid through PaisaPay via CC and ebay gives you protection upto Rs.50,000 when you purchase through PaisaPay.

If you don't receive the Item or if the Item is not as described then you have a provision of getting back your money.

I hope you must have checked the feedback score and profile of the Seller, in case you bought an expensive Item.

Just remeber that you have to take necessary steps at the right time. If you miss out on time then you may loose your money.
