Dear sir/mam,
I'm new to this ebay purchase and i've purchased three items.

Sunglasses from BLOWOUT.DEALZ2

While purchasing sun glasses i overcomed a new experience: "BIDDING"
This is the fault i've made!
I bid for two items mistakenly! I mean 2 variety of sunglasses without knowing the actual method of bidding!

On next days, i won the 1st item which i've bidded & received the item after the payment...
After two days ;
I'm Alerted with the following msg from ebay:

"blowout.dealz2 has informed us that they have not yet received your payment for the following item:
IMPORTED SUNGLASSES/GOGGLES.LATEST STOCK THIS SEASON.13 (#104753533396)"

Note: I already purhased sunglasses from the same dealer and i don't want this item[item no. 104753533396]

Already purchased item particulars:

Item title: IMPORTED SUN GLASSES/GOGGLES.LATEST STOCK THIS SEASON.8
Web Address: http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=104753573461
Item number: 104753573461
Buyer User ID: 123anandakumar
Seller User ID: blowout.dealz2
Your total: Rs. 216.00

----> Now How can i Rectify this...?<---
I'm alerted about "Unpaid Item Strike" within 7 days!
And also i contacted seller "blowout.dealz2" and explained the situation but their is NO RESPONSE from them!
is this one is serious... ??
Pls HELP me...

Waiting for your reply!

Hi,

Since you made the same 2 orders with same seller , ask your seller to send a mutual agreement to cancel the order. By doing this, you will not get any unpaid strikes. Also request the seller not to leave a bad feedback as you have made the transaction for the one order.

The best thing is make a phone call to your seller and explain to him. If he is genuine, then he will certainly do the favour to you. ---------------

Hi,
My suggestion is never bid for two items when you want one and that too from the same seller.
Anyway, now the best option is to communicate with your seller and ask him to close the unpaid item dispute with the option 'we have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction' This way he will get his FVF back and you won't get an unpaid item strike.
