My item tracking no.RS300907408NL from 6-8-15 not reached till date. I am chennai. When asked Mumbai sorting office says it has been sent to Hyderabad . But could not trace further. Please assist.

As I am very eager to receive the product, kindly tell me the status pl whether The product under track no. RS300907408NL will reach me or not.

It is nearly two months I am yet to receive the item . I need my money back with compensation of Rs .50000/- due to mental agony as the committed date was not complied with. The committed date for delivery was 7th September 2015.
