Dear pr_pandya2002
I understand the discomfort faced by you and I also regret for the
inconvenience caused as the seller is no longer a registered user.
However your money is safe as you have paid online through PaisaPay.
You got a reply from the eBay customer support that the seller does not have
enough funds in his PaisaPay account. It means that the funds have been
transferred to the seller.
I suggest you to try contacting the seller again through phone and email. If
ever you donโt receive any positive reply from the seller then you can file an
item not received dispute.
Please feel safe as eBay is a very reputed platform and all the purchases
are protected. You can file a claim under eBay's Standard Purchase Protection
Program.
Please go through the link given below which explains each and every step.
http://pages.ebay.in/help/tp/isgw-buyer-protection-steps.html
I hope this information helps you. If you need any assistance you can get
back to us.
Thank you

Payments Received thru Paypal come in Depository Drafts from Paypal which gets clear within 3 working days. While exporting jewellery, banks don's consider Paypal payments as FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Clearance Certificate). How to Export jewellery without obtaining FIRC. This discourages Paypal payments & exports. Kindly guide.
thanx

It was nice to learn from you that there are no ink cartridges for lexmark inkjet printers.
I will try to list them as soon as possible.
Also if you have them with you, you can surely list them and try to get some sales.
Thank you

Sir, i am extremly sorry as i dont have enough knowledge about exports as i have never sold or listed items internationally.
I request you to please post it to the International Selling Board, i think you would get the right answer there.
Thank you

I think selling a cd of data base is against eBay policy (if it is a pirated one).
You are welcomed to eBay. You can try selling some other product and make some money.
Thank you
