If my item does not sell

Hello,
This is ebay fee structure.
http://pages.ebay.in/help/account/fees.html
If your item does not sell you will still have to pay any listing fee and reserve price fee (if you set a reserve)

Also you can try the buy it now format, if you do not want to use a reserve.

Reserves exist to protect you and make sure you don't have to sell at a price under the one you want. They are not meant to be a secret, and many bidders will avoid an auction that doesn't have the reserve price clearly stated in the auction description. The reserve price is not meant to be a secret it's just the lowest amount you're willing to accept for the item. If the reserve price is not shown in the listing, many buyers will not even bother to ask, they'll just hit the back button. The advantage of a reserve serves its purpose when it has drawn the attention of the buyer who is in "Search" mode and was attracted to the low price in the long list of similar items. Once they have shown interest and clicked on your item--they should know the actual lowest price that they will have to bid to win it. I have my reserve listed in the description (when I run a reserve auction).

A good example of how stupid an unknown reserve price is:
