let me start with a mail received by me today

VIOLATION : PRODUCT : APPLE IPOD 40 GB PHOTO
REASON : THIRD PARTY CREDIT VIOLATION/SUSPENSION NOTICE IF I RELIST THE SAME

MY ACTION: i deleted the listing from ebay
but i do not understand as what is going to violate them with me selling an apple ipod 40gb photo with best regards

i have recived 3 violation notice:
first for butterfly maasager
second for yoko height increaser
third for toth massager

and my id was also suspended for a period of 15days

since we did not react on the same as we did not understand on what grounds is the product violating their terms

and till today i am yet awaiting a reply on my mail from them to know the reason of violation

and now almost a month has passed but i have not received any reply from them

thanks for posting this as we really need to know things that will violate their terms of us

as per me i am new to ebay but i feel all the products that are available in india will violate their terms
one or other day

even i received a mail today for violation and suspension dhamki

product is the mini toothbrush massager which runs on batteries and the reason given is third party credit violation

funny isn,t it i never knew their is a third party in that

hi guys!i m also fed up seller on ebay n i had 2 change my id 5 times coz of ebay's sam,e stupid policy of suspending items.i m mobile software seller since 1 n 1/2 year n never recieved any suspension notice 4 a year but than ebay suspended all my listings all together n suspended my ids comtinuously.could any one help me.it was under third party criterian.

I am having id on ebay.COM. I start upload my products from last 2 weeks. Every alternative day they people closed my listing for voilation of their policies.

Some examle of voilating their policy are :
>> Selling "WEBCAM" on EBAY is against their policy.
>> Selling "USB Mobile SIM CARD READER" on EBAY is against their policy.
>> Selling "Wired Pinhole Color Hidden Camera with Audio Microphone" is illegal (Even ebay.in has a catagory of SPYCAM"
>> Selling "Infrared Night-Vision USB 300K Webcam for PC with Mic and LED"

All other sellers must keep away with these type of product. EBAY is not giving you only DHAMKI, they can give SUPARI of your ID too.

One more thing : I am selling my products in india only but getting these DHAMKI from ebay.co.uk
