ICICI/ Any other Bank Debit Cards Usable On Paypal??? Please Help

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if icici bank debit cards or any other bank's (please mention the name) debit cards are usuable on paypal or any other internation websites. I need to send some money. And i'm planning to open a icici bank account for the same. Also it is required to buy/sell items here at ebay. But for the time being paypal is what that matters.

No Indian debit cards are working with paypal, I tried many debit cards. no debit cards working.

No debit card issued by any Indian Bank is valid on PayPal even if it has a visa logo.

Only a credit card is valid.

I want to upgade my account in worldwinner.com by paying through my Paypal account. I am opening HDFC Bank account mainly for HDFC bank's NetSafe Card purpose. I have verified paypal account, verified through my bank account. since there is rule that paypal balance is not accepted for making purchases, If I get HDFC bank's NetSafe Card, will worldwinner accept HDFC NetSafe Card through paypal ? Worldwinner don't accept Virtual Credit Cards.

A NetSafe Card works as good as a Credit Card, but the limitation is that you can use it for a single transaction only.
I don't have an instance where any international merchant website declined my Netsafe Card.
If worldwinner.com is rejecting a NetSafe Card, you should contact HDFC Bank support and they will guide you on this.
