"I feel I have no other option but to escalate this to a claim", gets activated after 10 days of filing the dispute, if seller does not respond or after 30 days after the transaction date.
But it seems that after 60 days of filing the dispute you have POSTED THIS TOPIC on the board.
I would suggest that you don't waste more time and follow-up via HELP form.
