How to use paypal

Is paypal a good option of providing the buyers with a payment option. How to register for paypal and will then ebay deduct any amount for it.Is papal riskfree to use

You can go to paypal.com and register for the account but you will need an international credit card to do so. Once you have an account you can request money from your buyers using a button in paypal, and they can pay you using their credit card. Paypal will take a percentage of every transaction, ebay fee you will have to pay seperately. Paypal like all online transactions, if used wisely is risk free. Occassionally there can be chargebacks , but you can contest it and get your money back.
