Hiya,
To include the flash banner you need to have your own server.
Let us assume you have a server with a domain name xyz.com and you create a directory named 123 in your server. FTP your flash banner to your directory.
Then add this piece of HTML when you are listing

Change the items in red with details of your flash banner.
If you want any further help mail me your flash banner and I will host it in my server and send you the code to copy paste in the auctions.
Regards,
Onesimpleman

Hi,
To your second question, you can list, revise, and relist on ebay using csv files. Csv is basically a comma delimted text file. A csv template is just a text file with some fields already filled in. You can create a csv file with your most common fields filled in and import that to turbolister and complete the listing in turbo lister.
If your planning more than 50 auctions a month, it is better off using CSV files to list ( without using turbo lister). You can directly upload your CSV files to ebay using file exchange service. If you already have an inventory in excel, it is the way to go.

You can find the detailed faq on csv files here.
