I recently sold a new mobile for Rs.17300/- on 21st Jan 2018 my first sale through paisapay. I shipped the item on 22nd and it got delivered on 23rd. The buyer never responded to any mails and phone calls even from day one. He never confirmed item receipt. I waited for a week to let Ebay treat it as automatic confirmation. Now my problem is Ebay is refusing to pay me till 1st March saying my seller status is low. They want me to do 100 sales to just get paid early. Im lucky I didnt sold any expensive thing. As it is my first sale I sold it for a margin of only Rs.500/-. But I have to pay Rs.16800 to my seller. I want to quit. Please help me with any information on how to get my money early.
