HI I have Paid the amount through Credit card, Now the seller is saying that, his account has been blocked by Ebay. he is saying to collect the money from Ebay.

Please help me.

i won an item in june worth rs 5599/- and i paid the amout through creadit card but i didt recvd item sellter told me that due to some resone i am able to deliver the item thats why i m refunding ur money. but now he is not answering the call also. i as to ebay care but they are not giving specifi answer. they are saying that contact seller he only refund ur money. but i dont know the seller i have his contact number. i call n numbers of times on that phone. but he is not answering the call .

Pleaes tell me what can i do to get my money back

Hi inmember81975,

If a buyer does not get his product, or the product is significantly not as described, the best option for the buyer is to open a Item Not received dispute agasint the seller.
[My eBay >>> Dispute Console (left side bar)>>> open a dispute]

If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, the buyer needs to close the dispute and escalate the calim for Buyer Protection claim.
