Hi,
Courier charge mostly differs depending upon the place of booking and location of delivery. A flat rate courier means you will be charged the same rate for any destination inside the country or a circle / region specified by the seller in the listing.
You can use VPP of our Postal Dept. for COD.
You may refer to the ebay Help section for the details of the fees and others. Its mentioned in detail. .
Best Regards 😄

HI,
eBay charges fees ona n item on two occasions:
1. Final Value Fees
2. Listing upgarde fees.
Final value fee is charged as soon as your item ends with a wining buyer. It si calculated on teh final Price that your items ends with.
Listing upgrade fees is for teh special features that you use while listing your items.
Plz remember taht listing upgarde fees are non refundable even if your item does not sell.
