I have a sbi international yuva card which i use to pay in healthkart, snapdeal, paisapay etc.
But i am now making an overseas transaction and buying something on ebay.com.
How do i go about this?
I tried to add my sbi card to my paypal account, but it says
"This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try linking a different credit card."
What do i do?
Could someone please help me.
