HOW to refund money thru paisa pay CREDIT CARD

THE BUYER has paid thru paisa pay credit card,NOW HE doesnt want the product, now i have to refund him his money back,
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT i am charged 3.5% as credit card charges,
HOW CAN I GET THE CREDIT FOR THIS 3.5% WHICH IAM BEING CHARGED BY PAISA PAY

Dear atulnc1,
When a buyer pays through Paisapay,The paisapay charge some amount as their commision and the balance is send to the seller.

So,In your case you just instruct Paisapay to refund the amount paid by the buyer,ofcourse the buyer will have to bear the paisapay charges as Paisapay do not refund the Paisapay charges in any circumstances.

You can make the refund through PaisaPay itself.

PaisaPay -> Selling with PaisaPay -> Make a refund to buyer

Though PaisaPay refunds the amount, they don't give back the transaction fee. ---------------
