Let me go ahead and share a fact:

If you are selling ebooks then it means that you do not have to physically ship a product , this way you can deliver the product very fast to the buyer thus the buyer has a great ebay experience.

I would encourage all to share tips and also discuss any challenge that ebook sellers are facing so that we can help each other.

thanks for the tip. I am a new seller trying to sell ebooks on ebay. I wonder why there is no category for ebooks? It would be a challenge for the buyers to locate. Dont you think so? I'd appreciate your tips on how to improve the sales prospects on ebay. I'd also share mine if I come acroos valuable ideas. thanks once again.

Hi rajuvetri,

I understand that there is no special category for information products as is available in ebay.com(usa)and ebay uk.

But I am sure that ebay india will surely launch the category as soon as possible.

What I suggest is you can list it in the category : Books & magazines as of now ....
