Feedback count for multiple items?

Hi, Good evening. Since I started here with a -ve(withdrawn) ,some questions bug me. So I just want to open my mind. Say a buyer buys 3 items at a time and gives a +ve, a neutral and a -ve, how that is going to be counted? I also take this opportunity to mention that the -ve I got was by mistake. That gentleman was a good buyer and bought my item. What else he could do! Feed back cant be changed. So, thats just okay with me. I am just happy with that deal. Thanx,,Truly,,Amitava

Suppose your feedback score is 98 in numbers ( ie.unique feedback and percentage is 100%)

Then a neutral from that buyer won't effect your percentage.

A positive from same buyer would move your score to 99 with 100% rating.

But a negative from the same Buyer would reduce your score to 98 and percentage would move down to 98.9%

Hi Amitava,

the only way to solve the Negative rating problem is to talk to the gentleman and do a mutual "rating taken back" with him. This will neutralise the rating and is not going to affect your or his rating at all. just think that you never sold the product to him and he never posted a rating to you.
