hi,
Normally rhere is no such procedure just order the product and you will recieve in 10 days, this implies to single items and not bulk items. For bulk you need to get a import license. But you can buy anything for your own use.
Customs these days is usually around 15% on all electronics and some have 15% of value per kg also.
Anything related to computers is free to import.
To get away or reduce custom duty tell your seller to declare the value as less as possible. And also mark it as GIFT.
I think that will take care of the things....
Good Luck
