Dear Community Members,
The Community Development Team is happy to announce the third eBay India Community Award.
This award will recognize those users who exhibit the eBay Values and make substantial contributions to the eBay Community. These contributions range from helping other eBay members on Discussion boards to providing suggestions and constructive feedback that is valued by the community and eBay.
Specifically, we will be looking at the number of posts the user has made, the regularity of posts, and the content of the posts for relevance and helpfulness.
The winners will be selected by the eBay India Community Development Team. We will be presenting the awards to 5 users.
The winners of the award will be announced on the boards on the 30th of December, 2005.
Regards,
Rohit,
Community Development Team
Thanks and Regards,

Hi there,
Though a new at ebay, I am not new in business community.
The thing I notice is that more and more members are dissatisfied after the EBAY has taken over Baazee.com and say that the former was good.
Can't we revert back to some or all of the policies of Baazee to have better results; lest someone else may put up competition by providing a new Baazee type website! Yours always

Dear Community Members,
I had the privilege to participate in a workshop and have used the 'help' to get started. Though I was given a toll free number and went to the help counter several times, small queries are not getting answered.
This troubles me. The toll free number goes into a loop hence no use really.
My Query:
If at the end of the 1st -7 day listing there is no result, may we list another product from the same category or should we relist the same product.
Please do help me with a response.

you can relist the same product after closing.it is faster, you can also relist the same product when the listing is active but as per ebay policies you must avoid multiple listing of same product
or you can do one thing relist the product the same day when it is closing(may be 12 hrs for closing),this way your product will remain on the site continously, unlike when u list the product after it ends it takes it takes at least 2-6 hrs for the product to appear on site.

If there any problems the ebay, indian management should be guided and helped in overcoming such problems.ebay is an innovator in internet business and nothing can be beyond its resources and capabilities.Buying at ebay is an experience and fly by night sellers should be weeded out so as to have only guinine sellers at ebay.
