I am writing about the above item nokia mobile N93 which I won at a very less price. The thing is all this while which ever deal I went through with the seller I never faced a problem. But now I don't know wether the seller is a fraud or what..I kept asking him wether if he will be able to provied me with the mobile or not as the price of the mobile is too high and he is offering me at rupee 1/-. After I called him up, we deposited cash in his account and I have an acknowlegdment for the same with me as a prove. After informing him about the payment he told me that he has shipped the product. At times he tells me he has shipped the product on 7th sep, at times on 8th sep. At times he tells me that he has shipped with Blue dart, at times with Ondot courier. All the time he gives me wrong consignment number of which none of them tally with when ever I go online to track the consignment. If right in the begining he had to tell me that he would not be able to provied me with the phone I would'nt be so hurt. But here he promising me that he will give me the phone and one the other side he is buying my time. Amount which I have paid is not a big issue, I can leave the money, but I am hurt that people play with emotions.

Oh Dear, i just checked the listing... You won a brand new nokia mobile for Re. 1 😮

And the seller gave buy it now price for the same at Re. 1 😐

I think this seller must have committed mistake while making the listing he must have choosed the new sell form and haven't noted that he is listing a buy it now item instead of a auction of Re. 1 listing. 😞

Dear don't mind but i suggest you understand the situation and forgive him for everything do not leave him any negative remarks as he is a new seller on ebay who was not aware of what he was doing.. just forget about the deal simply tell him that you know that he made mistake with the listing.
Tell him you need your money back and also guide him like a mature and kind person that he should not lie like this and should have contacted you and have explained his mistake in the listing he wasted your precious time and also lied to you regarding the shipment.

Tell him about ebay community values .. You Should treat others the way you want to be treated.

I know being a very kind person you will surely guide him to the right way !!

my dear friend, u were a fool to deal on ebay..... just like i was. ebay is nothing but a platform of frauds, and sadly ebay is doing nothing about it.
i also face the exactly same problem like you. i have taken my fight against ebay to highest level, including consumer forum, tv channel, and american activists who in past have fought ebay
