ITS A WARNING TO SELLERS AT BAAZEE - WHO ACCPET PAYMENTS BY PAYPAL -
ARE YOU AWARE THAT YOU CAN BE CHEATED - RESULTING IN MENTAL TORTURE , TESNSIONS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE , LOSS OF SLEEP AND FINANCIAL LOSES TOO - CURTSEY PAYPAL .

TO BE PRECISE , I GIVE YOU MY EXAMPLE - I SOLD AN ITEM WORTH ABOVE us $ 500 AT E-BAY , THE BUYER PAID BY PAY PAL - PAYPAL CONFIRMED THE PAYMENT - EVEN MY REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWL WAS ACCEPTED - AFTER FULL FOUR DAYS OF THE SAID PAYMENT , I SHIPPED THE MATERIALS .

AND LO - THE NEXT DAY PAYPAL INTIMATES THAT IT WAS A FRAUD PAYMENT - AND THE MONEY WHICH HAD BEEN WITHDRAWN BY ME SHOULD BE REDEPOSITED ALONG WITH THEIR FEES/COMMISSION TOO .

LESSON NUMBER ONE - NEVER TRUST SUCH AN ORGANISATION WHICH IS THERE TO COLLECT ITS FEE EVEN AFTER MURDERING THE SELLER FOR THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS - TO NAME THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED , THE WITHDRAWL EFFECTED THAT TOO FROM A BUYER WITH AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS - WHOSE FAULT - THE SELLERS - YE, YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT. AS PAYPAL IS ABOVE ALL THE RULE AND REGULATIONS .

I CALLED THEM UP IN USA ON MORE THAN THREE OCASSIONS , EACH TIME HAD TO HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES EACH BEFORE AN OFICER TAKES THE PHONE - WHOSE FAULT THE SELLERS - HE LOOESES RS. 1,200/= MORE IN THE CALLS AND PAYPAL IS ENJOYING THE SCENARIO .

EBAYINDIA - OOOOPS BAZZEE.COM - WILL NOT HEAR AS THEY SAY PAYPAL IS A SEPERATE ENTITY AND THEY CAN NOT BE OF ANY HELP - BUT WHAT I AM GIVEN O UNDERSTAND EBAY AND PAYPAL ARE PARTNERS ( EVEN IN THIS CHEATING AND DUPING THE PUBLIC AT LARGE )

I , WOULD AWAIT A POSITIVE ACTION , BEFORE POSTING ANOTHER THREAD SHORTLY.

Please note that companies like paypal, paissapy etc... are not banks, they are just companies, and the money we peoples are receiving or earning will be kept under their account and simply earning huge amount as intrest form banks. And they ahve a rule like if the amoun t credit ahs not been made within 3 months, then the money will blocked and liek that 1.7 milion dollars are with paisapay now, as per latest new york law suit, the goverment is going to seeize that money as its not the property of ebay, but still ebay made more than double of the amoney simply by keeping it in their account.

So please rely on your own card issued bank for online transcation, because our money in bank is peoples money, and if it is with someone else, its their money. So beware before taking an ccount with paypal.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE FACTS GIVEN BY THE SELLERS.My case is slightly different.I purchased items,16 of them, worth 150$ from a seller in USA. The payment was made through Pay pal.And I did not received half the items.When I lodged a complaint with paypal,after sitting on it for a month they ruled in Sellers favour.It was all so one sided.They are biased against Indians.LESSON FOR BUYERS-BUY FROM SELLERS IN USA AT YOUR OWN RISK.PAY PAL WILL NOT COME FOR YOUR RESCUE.
PAYPAL IS A JUNK.

BEWARE OF PAYPAL, they are crooks! They stole $175 from my bank account twice and never got the money back. I stopped using paypal now. If you go and do a google search and type "paypal scam" you will see thousands of cases and lawsuits about paypal stealing money from their users. Everyone BEWARE of Paypal, don't do business with them!

I have a different complaint about PayPay. I opened an
account got a few hundred in my account - BUT now I
CAN NOT pay from it or withdraw because PayPal wants
A Credit Card or 19 digit number Debit Card. My ICICI
bank Visa debit card has 16 digits and forwarded ICICI
bank mail to them in which it is clearly stated that they issue only 16 digit debit cards. As I am over 75 years
of age no Bank would issue me a Credit Card.
Now can anybody help me!

Hear my story . I withdrew about 11500 rupees through paypal cheque. the cheques as you might know are sent by ordinary post. Imagine! Even the biggest dumbest india would not send a cheque for Rs.100 to ne 1 by ordinary post. So I withdrew the money and it did not reach me in 45 days. So they redeposited the money after deducting a very modest 15 dollars (that was a sarcasm!) and generated another cheque after again charging 5$ as transaction fee and it is one month now and still I have not received the cheque which court should i go to to whom should i appeal. If I appeal to paypal they will take one week to answer my mail and some gentleman will send me a predrafted reply the contents of which I already know. Thank you paypal for your extreme kindness.

First time, i bought US$580 worth products, the website which was accepting the payment was fraud, i received back US$550 dollars from Paypal because i was able to alert Paypal about sellers suspicious activity.

Second time, when i made a payment of US$960 to one of seller, i could not receover a single 1 dollars from them, i still get a message saying, the seller doesn't have money in is account so cannot recover.

Paypal always plays safe it doesnt really have rules to protect a buyer. If they cant proctect the buyer, they should provide the payment gateway to the website.
