For becomming an affiliate of e-bay.in you are required to join www.cj.com,over there you can try to register for ebay affiliate. I am registered with cj.com,but ebay did not accept me as an affiliate,I dont know why? You may try out,best of luck.If you have success,then post your comments.

I think the best way to go for it is go to the bottom on the home page and click 'become an affiliate' fill up the forms and try your luck.
