Dear Friend,
The prob is a clever buyer bought an item and pays for it via paisapay, then when receives the item gives negative feedback, and asks for 100% refund. I asked to send back the item and we will refund the amount. The clever buyer sends a blank envelope and now threatening, wanting refund. What should I do now. please help!

I beleive -ve rating has been withdrawan?
however in such a case inform ebay TnS in advance about it.
However its difficult to get away easily.
As a precaution i never sign any courier receipt without checking it.

The Security Alert For All Sellers!
I am hereby informing the directors of ebay and all sellers to be very careful about a fraud method where ebay is helpless in protecting the Sellers. The fraud is a legal person with an ebay id perin1812. She being very clever and belonging to legal field having sophisticated knowledge of legal and ebay loopholes manages to fraud with ease and ebay remains helpless. She threatens the trust department of ebay and with the help of Mr.Pyter of trust dept forces the sellers to refund her the money without return of the items purchased by her. So be very careful about this buyer and protect yourself fom such fraud. If Mr.Pyter of trust dept of ebay takes any action to strip down this message then I will be forced to inform the media and publish this in leading Newspapers. Please help me....

-ve rating was withdrawn but the buyer is enjoying with the item as well as money and trust dept is constantly harashing by stripping down homepage featured listings. no matter how simple might be your listing they have a reason like some times they become blind to see the gemstones on sale and call it as no item policy. again phone number in real estate and services category suddenly becomes circumvension of ebay fees. auctivia can be called as outside link and stripped down the listing. suddenly any item can be called as keyword spamming.

the money had to be refunded via paisapay (details given below) without getting back the items, and now again the same Mr. Pyter of ebay who is partner to fraud buyer perin1812 has send me a letter saying the buyer didn't got the refund. This should make it very clear that the buyer perin1812 and ebay trust dept's Mr. Pyter is having malafied intention and is fraud. Please find details of his last email pasted below, and the details of the payment also pasted below:

Thankyou Krishna Bhai for bringing the reality to the view of all. I dont know why Mr.Pyter of eBay is harashing me so much inspite of knowing all reality about this buyer. We all know lifestyle33 and have purchased several times from her she is a very nice seller but is no longer registered due to perin1812.
