Pathetic service on getting a claim # 691657 PaisaPay ID : 37555182024

and still struggling to get the claim as promised by Ebay

 

Am trying to get the status since 18 OCT 2014., reached customer care in several ways., however no result till now. The request # are as follows: 1-39377448572 1-39376073804 - 1-38223753787 1-38228208250 1-38228208250 Apart from the above said request#, I had reached out customer care many times.. and the I don't have the SR # I am wondering what is happening with all these requests, are you guys really working or simply bluffing customers. Whenever I reach out customer care., they raise one request and tell me that with 10 days my issue would get resolved and get coupon with in 10 working days (Default). This is totally ridiculous., like this I had waiting till 28-NOV-2014., until now no result. I need to know what happens to my previous requests which I made and what is the status. this is really a worst customer care with the same default answers to customer. In recent call they say, becos of some technical issue, there was a delay, so I will have to wait 3 more days and would get coupon and in next immediate call (Mariyan) gives me the default answers ("Need to wait 10 working days and they are requesting I need to be patience. don't you think I really had patience till now and gave enough time ????? I need to know when this ends ????? "when would I get the coupon" is that going to take several years ????? like keep waiting for 10 working days all the time when I reach customer care??????????? Looking forward for a solution
