I have updated my address to Hyderabad on ebay as well as informed the seller but ebay still went on to do this foolish mistake and shipped it to delhi.(old address)
Is ebay staff really blind?
Right now I am chatting with one of their Customer Support Staff and she is saying off the track things like " on the revieve page we are providing the option to change the shipping address but if you are facing any issue and unable to change the shipping address there is one more option to change through "My eBay" then "Accounts" then "Address"
I have even sent her the link but she is just not understanding that they have done a mistake
Are they dumb too really?
