problem with new paisa pay system.help needed!!

hi,

i am selling super fast on ebay with old system of paisa pay.my buyers can easily pay me and i send them item.no problem at all.

all started when new paisa pay system launched.now my buyer cant pay me with that ease they can pay me before the new system annouced.same buyer who had paid me now can't pay me.

the problem that they are facing is "THEY CANT SEE ANY OPTION TO PAY YET I HAVE ADDED NEW PAISA PAY AS PRIMORY PAYMENT METHOD"

i have 7 orders pending with new paisa pay .my each buyer having same problem.i have complained ebay by calling but they are saying that each buyer on ebay selling internatinally haveing same problem b'coz of system error.

pls pls pls any person who is facing same kind of problem or know any tricks to slove them contect me.

i want old paisa pay back any how.or want improvisation in this new paisa pay.:-(

once new system will function properly it will give more benefit from old paisapay.

You could sell with PAYPAL and send your buyers paypal invoice and then they could pay through their credit card from World Wide.
