You cannot use paypal with ebay india. You need to use paisapay.
However, maybe the seller will accept paypal. pm the seller for more info.

PS: I accept and prefer paypal

Buyer will have to add a credit card.

Hello friend,

If the seller hasn't provided an email address for submitting a payment, you'll need to ask the seller before sending money. Just ask the seller about his PayPal email address for making the payment. If the seller have listed the item with PayPal as the payment method then you will receive the option to complete the checkout with this method.

Here's how to make a PayPal payment:
1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in.
2. Click the "Send Money" tab.
3. Fill out the form with the seller's email address and the amount of the winning bid.
4. Select "eBay Item" under "For."
5. Click the "Send Money" button.
6. Review your payment details.

Hi,I want to sell internationally & I have opened a Paypal account. I also have IEC no & can export the goods. I wanted to know if it is permitted by RBI to accept international payment thru Paypal. I had read on this community board & on other discussion board that we are not allowed by RBI to receive foreign remittance from any source other than banks. I even mailed my query to an ebay sales manager but he hasn't replied yet. Can anybody answer my query & guide me on this.
