i'm new to ebay, i'm interested to sell internationally.

As per India Post rules, what are items that can be shipped internationally?

What is the procedure?

Whether IEC is mandatory to ship via indiapost?

if anyother courier service which offers low cost is also advisable?

You need to give declaration by filling a declaration form provided by
India post. in that, you need to mention the products and price of each article you are sending. They charge differently for different countries. eg for 1 Kg to Africa, they charge above Rs.800.
