how to get a FVF credit for paid items

Hi

I am facing a problem whereby the international buyers are making payment for products without paying for any international shipping charges. as such i have to refund their money.

But i want to know how to get FVF credit for such transactions kindly help me............

I am facing this problem from so many years 😞
But when automatic refund process is complete I can see in my seller account section that I get my final value free credit for that transaction.

Even I have 2 sold items where I have made a refund through paypal but what happens to the FVF for these items.

Ebay CC has no clue how to solve this issue, I have been asked to call ebay US custcare on phone and also call paypal custcare.

Now do I have to call US to get FVF, this is really stupid X-( :_| 😞
