VIolation of FERA/FEMA? IF I DO INTRNATIONAL TRADING?

PLease say somthing in this tough matter for an indian,
If an indian purchase from UK and SEll it to USA cutomer and get profit in his/her PAYPAL account,after that take it via indian bank acount.
I want to know those problematic loops that comes by RBI/FEMA or FERA, and what will be the solutions?

Hi,

Everything depends on the volume of your sales.

If the sales volume is too high then you need to have Import Export License Code No (IEC), Trade license, sales tax license and off-course IT PAN.

But for the volume of business most of the sellers do in ebay India, you need not to have anything other than trade license because there are min. limits of transactions for these regulations to be applicable. Currently the min. limits are much higher than the previous limits.
