UK Buyer Charges back knowing Indian Registered Post not Trackable

For the last 2 months I have been trying to sell DVDs to Offshore from my ebay id by opening expensive US ebay Stores.

According to ebay rules I cant put more than $3 as shipping to DVDs and this $3 shipping can only be provided by Indian Postal Registered Post which is not trackable. For Trackable the shipping has to be minimum $10 through EMS which ebay does not allow us to put the shipping charge in it.

When buyer buys DVD with the $3 shipping and later after a 10 days opens a ITEM NOT RECEIVED on ebay which ebay agrees and makes refund to the buyer because we seller cannot provide TRACKING NUMBER. The Buyer is aware of this ebay loophole rules and takes full advantage of it and thus having both the DVD and money.

Other Indian Seller should be cautious from this buyer 2009classact786 who seems to taking the full advantage of ebay loopholes

I have given the Government Receipt number to ebay which ebay didnt accepted and made FULL REFUND to the buyer. WAS IT LOGICAL for ebay to make this decision? Ebay prooved that Government receipt means nothing to them????.

Ebay should take care of SELLER also instead of giving 100% BUYER PROTECTION.

This is my last month to do business on ebay as Ebay has done nothing to increase Sellers business and but only tries to damage it.

go to the india post website and you should be able to track UK shipments using IPS webtracking service - its not 100% reliable but nowadays the delivery to the UK often does show up - but I agree - ebay customer service is far more in favour of the buyer than the seller.
