Hi, I bought an item on eBay from an Indian seller and it was shipped on 29th of March using EMS.
I read that the usual estimated time of delivery for a EMS parcel from India to Italy is 4 to 10 days, so it should have been arrived, but it has not and, moreover, the tracking has not been updated since 31st of March (2017-03-31 16:19, Insert item into bag (Otb), Air, India, MUMBAI AIR).
Of course I tried both the India Post and the Poste Italiane websites (and other tracking websites as well), but it does not change much, there are not new updates for the past 3 weeks.
The seller told me to wait; according to your experience, how long does it usually take for a package to reach Italy from India?
Is there a way for me to know where the item actually is?
