Item: New Garmin-Asus A50 GPS enabled GSM Mobile phone
I purchased a new Garmin-ASUS touch screen GPS enabled mobile phone from Hongkong via Ebay. It's cost was INR 14930 + 500 shipping. (Total INR 15430).
I had done the payment via Paypal on 26-09-2011. The item was shipped on 30-09-2011.

What is the next step after the item send to the customs? Normally, how many days it will take for releasing the item from customs? After releasing from customs, how & when the product reaches to us? It will come via EMS India Post or Other Couriers? The original delivery address for this item is in Calicut. KERALA.
The actual cost of this item is INR 14930.
The shipping cost is INR 500 extra.
Do we need to pay duty tax for this item? If needed, how much money we have to pay? And how it can be paid to the Mumbai Customs?
Is it possible to get the current status of our item from Mumbai Customs Office?
When the item releases from customs, can we track the item by using the same tracking number? or will they give an alternate tracking number for tracking the item in India?
