I am a Power Seller at eBay India. Before the formation of eBay India, I was a regular seller at eBay.com.
The standard policy of eBay is, if an item is relisted (after it is not sold in the 1st time) and sold after the relisting, the listing fee is refunded.
However I find you are not doing the same to me in eBay.in. For example, the item 5437888759 was sold on 30.10.05. The item was initially listed on 19.10.05 (# 5435744457). It was relisted on 26.10.05 (# 5437888759). Since the item on relisting was sold 30.10.05, I was supposed to get the listing fee Rs 15 refunded to me. This was not done. As a result sellers like me who sell predominatly on International listing are losing a lot.
I have contacted your "Customer Service". They have informed me that no relisting credit can be given to me since there is no relisting policy on eBay.in (unlike eBay.com)
May kindly evolve the relisting policy at the earliest.
