Recently I bought a mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 from e-bay. The mobile I received is faulty. I applied for ebay guarantee. Today I received a message that " Since it is under Samsung Guarantee, so there is no resoponsibility of e-bay" . It is the way , you treat your customer.
