I recently bought an item from a seller in Thailand. He recieved the funds via paypal, provided a tracking number, yet when I run the tracking number through a number of postal sites(Thailand Postal Service, USPS, and Canada post) it has no knowledge of the item ever being sent. The Seller did have 100% possitive feedback, but I have noticed that he has continued to post that same item repeatedly on ebay(about 15 times). His usual feedback was usually of different items sold, only one repeat item. His email that he sent to me seemed like he wasn't really happy with the price I had purchased the item for, and assured me that if the item was not there in 25 days he'd be glad to offer a full refund etc, and kindly reassured me that he was a verified paypal user and I was insured. I have heard way too many horror stories about paypal and there dispute resolution process. I guess I'm just looking for some possitive input from other users because as each day passes I'm getting more and more discouraged...
