Selling from International Location

I am currently residing in China and I have partnered with lots of Chinese suppliers of very high quality goods. They are not cheap , but they are fantastic in quality and I am not looking for cheap products anyway. I was wondering , if i start selling on ebay India from China, the only problem is shipping. Here I have 2 options:

1. Free/very low cost shipping - This is very reliable as well, but the time of delivery is not reliable , can take even 30 days

2. High cost of shipping - Delivery in 7 days, but expensive.

I was wondering do anyone see a market in India for goods shipped from outside India.

option 1 will be possible but complicated as you have to ask the buyer to approve a time extension request.

let option 2 can be made optional

customers who need products urgently will be willing to pay more
